1. Introduction and data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by MRH Insaat as data controller, within the scope set out below.

Operating from Ilica Mahallesi, Manavgat, Antalya since 1997, our company gives the highest priority to the security of the personal data of everyone who visits our website.

2. The personal data we process

If you use the contact form on our website, the following personal data is processed:

• Identity: your first name and surname.
• Contact details: your e-mail address and phone number.
• Request details: the subject of your message, its content and any technical details you include.
• Transaction security: your IP address and browser information, captured for security checks.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed within the conditions set out in articles 5 and 6 of the law, for the following purposes:

• Assessing your quote or information requests about our construction, architecture, urban renewal and engineering services, and contacting you,
• Running the technical consultancy process for the information, documents or structural calculation details you ask for,
• Analysing questions, suggestions and feedback received through the contact form in order to improve our service quality,
• Keeping our website secure and preventing unauthorised access and spam submissions through IP logs.

4. Transfer of personal data

MRH Insaat does not transfer the personal data it collects to third parties or organisations for commercial or advertising purposes, outside its legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Your data may be shared within legal limits with authorised public bodies, such as courts or the information and communication technologies authority, where sharing is required by law in order to meet our legal obligations.

5. Method and legal basis of collection

Your personal data is collected entirely in digital form, through the completion and submission of the contact form on our website.

The legal basis is article 5/2-f of the law, processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, and article 5/1, the explicit consent you give by approving this notice.

6. Rights of the data subject (article 11)

Under article 11 of the law you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data has been transferred,
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction when the reasons for processing no longer apply, even though the data was processed lawfully,
• Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.

7. How to apply

To exercise these rights you may send a signed application by post, together with documents confirming your identity, to our head office at Ilica Mahallesi, Ilica Bulvari No: 138/1, Manavgat, Antalya, or write from your registered e-mail address to info@mrhinsaat.com.tr.

Your application will be reviewed by MRH Insaat and answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
